webcams.travel API - Terms of Use

Thank you very much for considering the use of the webcams.travel API. By signing up for a Developer ID you agree to the terms below.

Requirements

Every webcam image from webcams.travel displayed on your site must link to the webcam at webcams.travel. The name of the owner must be displayed in the context of the webcam and must link to the user area of the user. You must provide a link to webcams.travel with the text "Webcams provided by webcams.travel" in the context of the displayed webcams.

Commercial Use

The webcams.travel API is available and free for commercial and non-commercial use. For the use of the webcams.travel API in your commercial application (an application is considered commercial if its primary goal is to generate revenue) our explicit approval is required. If you plan to use the webcams.travel API in your commercial application please contact us. You don't need an explicit approval for non-commercial use, of course.

Warranty

webcams.travel does not guarantee that the webcams.travel API is free of errors. The webcams.travel API is provided "as is" and the use of the webcams.travel API is at your own risk. webcams.travel does not guarantee a 100% availability of the webcams.travel API.

Restrictions

You shall use the webcams.travel API in a responsible way and you shall not inappropriately stress the webcams.travel's bandwidth with the webcams.travel API. You shall only use the data "as is" that is delivered by the API methods. If you wish to use additional data (e.g. the large webcam image), that is not available through the API please contact us.

Termination

webcams.travel may terminate the API at any time for any reason. Your right to use the webcams.travel API finishes if webcams.travel publishes a notice of termination of the webcams.travel API. Your right to use the webcams.travel API finishes if you violate the webcams.travel API Terms of Use.
